Signature | Full Body

A full body workout, our Signature class combines body weight and resistance training. We offer both our Signature class with high intensity cardio on a rebounder, and our Signature non-rebounding class. Clients can expect an increase in overall strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility.

Express | Quick Burn

Whether you’re looking to improve your performance, increase your flexibility, or add an additional challenge, our Express series is perfect for your daily routine. Express videos are workouts that have a targeted emphasis that allows you to customize your workout. This series offers quick 10-30 minute videos that can be done alone, or added on to any workout.

Foundation | The Basics

Foundation offers you introduction tips to our FRMATION workouts. We guide you through the basics of our Signature and Express series, while also teaching you proper form and alignment. Having this underlying knowledge will help increase the benefits of your workouts.
